Patria Construction was formed in 1999 and replaced the independent contractors Patria Partners previously used to do the rehab work. Patria Construction quickly grew into multiple crews of building specialists doing full gut-rehabs. Patria Construction now employs over 70 persons and is diversified in the following trades: Plumbing HVAC Electrical Drywall hanging and taping Rough and finished carpentry       Now, virtually all of Patria’s projects begin with a shell from which the property is rebuilt system by system. This process gives Patria 100% control to create the highest quality homes. We no longer have to rely on whether this or that subcontractor will show up on time to do necessary work. We do it all ourselves.       Recently, Patria Construction began to do general contracting work for parties other than Patria Partners.
